PRO TIP

Don't attempt this under Level 70 with less than 1500 health — you'll get one-shot. Pack minimum 5 Crimson Tears flasks. The run back through the entire cave makes repeated attempts brutal, so come overprepared rather than struggle.

WATCH OUT

The deadliest attack is the full arena gravity lift — when everything glows purple, you have maybe 2 seconds to sprint to the far edge opposite the boss. Getting caught in the center means getting lifted high and slammed down for 80%+ of your health. Don't heal or attack when you see this — just run.
